Sometimes you gotta wonder...

Sometimes you gotta wonder... I had a customer that called to see if I would take back a roll of foam. He said he just opened the bag but it wasn't as thick as it was supposed to be and had wrinkles in it. Hmmm that's odd because it's not normally rolled tight and never has wrinkles?! Seems it had been vacuum packed and shipped on UPS over a year ago. He didn't bother to open the package to release the vacuum until now. He thought it would be nice to store it that way because it would take up less space. Helllllo. People please open packages immediately upon receipt or the foam will not come back.
